30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Only
This workout includes a quick bodyweight warm-up, two dumbbell focused circuits, and an EMOM. (more on that workout)
All you need for this workout is a bomb playlist and a set of dumbbells. You can use the same set of dumbbells or have a lighter set (5-10lbs) and heavier set (10-15lbs).
